The Combiline EMC Filters series is a KEB filter family designed for COMBIVERT drive systems, with versions built for back-mount, side-mount, and sub-mounted installation on multiple F5 and F6 housing sizes.
Across the range, the filters are used to reduce line-side electromagnetic interference so the drive system can meet defined interference suppression classes such as EN 61800-3 C1 and, on certain versions, higher classes depending on configuration. Certain Combiline variants also combine a mains-side high-frequency filter with a motor-side dv/dt filter in one housing, which supports longer shielded motor cable runs and limits voltage rise and peak voltage at the motor terminals. The series is offered in multiple electrical sizes for single-phase and three-phase applications, with ratings matched to different drive currents, motor powers, switching frequencies, and mounting arrangements. With IP20 construction, defined leakage-current and fuse-protection data, and compatibility with both standard installation and retrofit applications, the series is intended to improve EMC performance while also helping protect connected motors and drive systems.
