Established in 1927, Sanyo Denki was originally a Japanese import company which sold electrical components.

Today, it has expanded globally and produces products of its own. Sanyo Denki is a well-known manufacturer of servo systems, power systems, and cooling systems. Their AC Servo systems products include: closed loop step systems, 5 phase step systems, 2 phase step systems, and motion control. Their power systems range from Hybrid/Small UPS to Large UPS and Network Power Managers. Many of these systems include state-of-the-art performance response technologies, eco-friendly efficiency measures, drastically increased feedback responsiveness, reduced noise output, and over current protection.
