Internal Product Review
The 19.E5.T60-1001 is a KEB Combiline EMC filter designed for 3-phase systems at 400/480 V AC. C1 EMC performance and support for motor cable lengths up to 30 m make this filter a strong choice for clean, reliable drive installations. A 90 A rated current stands out as a key capability for higher-demand applications.

Product Description:
The 19.E5.T60-1001 EMC filter is produced by KEB and belongs to the Combiline EMC Filters series. Designed for installation ahead of variable-frequency drives, the unit suppresses conducted emissions and limits differential as well as common-mode noise returning to the mains. It is built as a three-phase device, so it fits industrial power networks typically used with motor inverters. By attenuating high-frequency disturbances, the filter helps machines meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements and shields adjacent control electronics from interference propagating through the supply conductors.
The filter’s bus bars accept a conductor cross-section of 25 mm², giving enough copper area to carry the nominal current without excessive heating. During continuous operation, it is rated for 90 A, allowing drives that draw up to that root-mean-square current to be connected without derating. The permissible system voltage is 400/480 V AC, matching common European and North American motor supplies, and its electromagnetic performance is classified as C1, a category intended for the most sensitive environments. Leakage current is limited to 16 mA, so residual-current devices in the distribution panel are less likely to nuisance-trip. Line operation remains stable on either 50 Hz or 60 Hz grids, and the design supports motor cable runs up to 30 m between the drive and the machine.
Mechanical integration is simplified by a depth of 66 mm, a width of 300 mm, and an overall height of 445 mm, dimensions that permit wall or cabinet mounting without encroaching on neighboring components. Despite its metal enclosure and internal inductive cores, the filter weighs only 6 kg, which keeps handling manageable during installation. For transient conditions, the device can tolerate line potentials up to 528 V AC, and internal dissipation is held to 26 W, reducing cabinet heat load while the filter attenuates conducted emissions.
