Product Description:
The 09.E4.060-10001 EMC Filter is designed to be used in inverter for filtering the electrical noises. The KEB is a well-known manufacturer of producing filters of different types.
The filtering devices are used for effective operations in the industrial automations. The 09.E4.060-10001 operates on inverters that accepts input voltage of 230 Volts. The filters need to be aligned with such voltage system in order to effectively suppress EMI. The EMC filters is designed for handling power requirements as well as the potential interference that a motor generates. It has the capacity to works on inverter that control motors having a load of 2 HP. The filtering ability of this filter makes it highly effective. The device has the efficiency of more than 98 percent. Its energy loss is very minimum that is essential for the whole system performance. It is designed for operating in the temperature between the range of -10 degrees to 45 degrees centigrade. The 09.E4.060-10001 EMC Filter will works best on the inverter that requires 3 phases electrical supply. The three phase electrical systems produce higher harmonics and EMI. The filter effectively reduces the interferences generated inside the drive by the switching of the components.
The motor has the stall current of 2.4 A which it draws when not operating. The Combiline EMC filter is capable to handles the transient spikes occurring in the current. These spikes usually occur in the stalling or starting that potentially generates high harmonics. The maximum permissible fuse is of 16 Amperes. The 09.E4.060-10001 EMC Filter needs to be compatible with fuse ratings so that the system protection is not compromised while filtering of EMI.
