The 14.E6.T60-3000 electromagnetic compatibility filter is produced by KEB within the Combiline EMC Filters series. As a three-phase line filter, it is fitted between a variable frequency drive and the plant mains to minimize conducted emissions and help sensitive automation equipment meet radio interference limits. It is intended for use between the incoming supply and an inverter so switching noise is attenuated before it can spread through the electrical system. Its construction targets industrial control panels and allows high-frequency noise reduction without altering drive parameters.
The device is designed for 400 V systems and carries a continuous current rating of 22 A. During short load peaks, the current path can withstand 180% of nominal load without saturation. It accepts TN and TT mains types and meets the C1 limit class for first-environment equipment. Internal inductors and capacitors dissipate 13.5 W of heat, so the enclosure must provide airflow appropriate for the expected switching frequency. The side-mount housing simplifies installation beside inverters and helps keep power connections compact inside the panel. The Category III overvoltage designation confirms insulation clearances suitable for fixed installation inside machinery.
