The 15.E4.T60-1001 is an electromagnetic compatibility line filter manufactured by KEB as part of the Combiline EMC Filters series. Placed between a variable-frequency drive and the facility mains, it blocks high-frequency noise so surrounding sensors, fieldbus hardware, and safety relays remain unaffected in automated machinery. By attenuating conducted interference and limiting leakage currents, the filter helps industrial installations satisfy regulatory emission limits while preserving stable operation of other equipment that shares the same power distribution panel during normal drive operation.
The device handles a continuous line voltage of 480 V, and an alternate rating of 230 V permits use on lower-voltage service networks. It fulfills the emission requirements of Class A under EN 55011 as well as C2 under EN 61800-3, demonstrating its effectiveness on both conducted and radiated spectra typical of inverter outputs.
