Product Description:

The 04.E6.T60-3000 is an EMC filter from the E6 COMBILINE line. It is manufactured by KEB. The product is meant to cut down on electromagnetic interference that is conducted through power lines. The T60 filter version comes with a full filtering unit and a cover that makes installing the panel or system easier.

The 04.E6.T60-3000 EMC filter is designed for voltage class 3 and can work with 400 V 3-phase systems when installed on the side. It has the strictest EMI suppression level (limit class 0), as it meets the C1 rating. As the filter is compatible with both TN and TT system types, its mains type is 0. The IP20 protection class prevents solid objects larger than 12.5 mm from entering, but it does not provide protection against water. The filter works in temperatures ranging from 5°C to 40°C. During operation, it allows a non-condensing humidity range from 5% to 85%. The filter can handle temperatures up to +70°C and 95% humidity at 40°C. Installations can only be done on sites that are up to 2000 meters above sea level. To keep the performance reliable, a derating of 1% is needed for every 100 meters above 1000 meters.

The 04.E6.T60-3000 EMC filter design is meant to be used in industrial automation settings where EMI compliance and control stability are very important. The storage altitude is maintained at a maximum of 3000 meters to ensure that the components remain stable when they are not in use. The product can be mechanically mounted on the side, which makes it easy to fit into small cabinet spaces. Overall, the filter meets electricity safety standards that make sure the filtering keeps working even when the system is loaded to certain levels.
