Internal Product Review
The 15.E5.T60-1001 is a KEB Combiline EMC filter designed for 3 Ph + PE systems and a 30 A rated current. C1 EMC classification and 528 V AC maximum input voltage make the unit especially well suited for demanding drive installations. Low 8 mΩ/phase DC resistance further supports efficient performance, making the filter an excellent panel-level EMC solution.

Product Description:
The 15.E5.T60-1001 electromagnetic compatibility filter is built by KEB for the Combiline EMC Filters series. Intended for three-phase drive systems, the unit is wired between the power source and the inverter to attenuate conducted radio-frequency noise and keep emissions within industrial limits. By providing differential and common-mode suppression, the filter protects nearby sensors, PLC I/O, and communication lines from interference while also safeguarding the incoming mains network. Its compact steel housing and DIN-rail orientation allow placement inside control cabinets without additional shielding hardware.
Electrical ratings indicate how the filter pairs with the supply. It carries a continuous load current of 30 A across its three-phase and protective-earth terminals, matching medium-power servo drives. The permissible line voltage reaches 528 V AC, so the same device can serve 400 V and 480 V installations without derating. Internal copper windings dissipate 21 W as heat at full load, and this heat must be removed by cabinet airflow. Each phase has a direct-current resistance of only 8 mΩ per phase, which helps limit voltage drop and improve efficiency. Normal operation introduces a displacement leakage current of 17 mA, a value that informs residual-current-device selection.
Dielectric strength and enclosure dimensions support safe installation. Windings and core insulation withstand test potentials of 2700 VDC from phase to protective earth and 800 VDC between phases, demonstrating clearance for category C1 EMC filters. The enclosure measures 352 mm in height, 50 mm in depth, and 132 mm in width, fitting narrow cabinet columns while leaving space for adjacent contactors. Total mass is 1.5 kg, so the unit can be fastened to sheet metal without additional bracing. Possible fault leakage is capped at 100 mA, and the terminals accept 10 mm² conductors for power wiring.
