Product Description:
The 27.E6.T60-3000 is a three-phase electromagnetic compatibility filter manufactured by KEB within the Combiline EMC Filters series. Positioned between an inverter and the supply network, the device reduces conducted interference and ground leakage, helping automated machinery comply with emission standards. By attenuating high-frequency harmonics, it also helps protect drive insulation and improves current quality seen by upstream circuit breakers. Typical applications include pump modules and packaging lines.
During continuous operation, the filter is designed for a rated line-to-line voltage of 400 V and can carry a phase current of 330 A. A temporary overload of 150% for 60 seconds allows the assembly to ride through motor acceleration peaks. Ground leakage is limited to 3.54 mA, so residual-current devices with selective tripping settings remain stable. The housing carries an IP20 protection rating, which permits cabinet installation without additional shrouds. Electrical connections accept two conductors up to 120 mm² each and are secured with 23 Nm on the line side and 35 Nm on the protective ground stud. For branch protection, the IEC fuse must not exceed 355 A, while the filter insulation tolerates 550 V for one minute every hour. The unit supports three-phase operation and dissipates heat to the panel through natural convection.
Thermal performance is indicated by a power loss of 160 W, and this heat load affects enclosure airflow requirements. Motor leads up to 100 m can be connected without compromising attenuation values, giving flexibility in large cell layouts. The unit retains full ratings up to a site altitude of 2000 m, and storage or transit is permitted up to 3000 m without condensation. At 22.6 kg, the filter remains manageable during mounting, and its steel frame keeps the inductive components rigid during vibration.
