The 22.E6.T60-3000 is an EMC line filter manufactured by KEB within the Combiline EMC Filters series. Intended for three-phase automation cabinets, the unit is installed between an inverter and the mains to suppress conducted interference. Its 3Ph + PE topology channels each phase and the protective earth through dedicated inductive and capacitive stages, preventing high-frequency noise from reaching utility power while protecting nearby control electronics and communication links.
Electrical parameters define how the filter integrates with drive front-ends. It carries a rated current of 150 A and accepts a nominal supply of 3 x 400/480 VAC at a system frequency of 50/60 Hz ±2%. Series resistance is limited to 0.001 Ω/phase, keeping voltage drop negligible even at maximum load. Core and damping components dissipate up to 80 W, so cabinet airflow must accommodate this thermal output. Power conductors sized from 35 mm² to 95 mm² are secured with a terminal torque of 15 Nm, and a threaded M10 ground stud provides single-point grounding. The enclosure extends 190 mm from the mounting surface, leaving space for cable bends and visual inspection.
Mechanical and safety limits complete the installation data. The filter tolerates a line potential as high as 550 V, and under rated conditions it returns only 2.02 mA of leakage current to earth. A case width of 200 mm, height of 321 mm, depth of 190 mm, and mass of 9 kg allow direct panel mounting without extra supports. Operation is permitted up to an ambient temperature of 45 °C, after which current and dissipation must be derated. Wiring is streamlined by the conductor layout that mirrors drive terminals, minimizing loop area and maintaining prescribed bend radii.
