Product Description:
The 23.E6.T60-5150 is a three-phase EMC line filter manufactured by KEB for the Combiline EMC Filters series. Designed for installation ahead of variable-frequency drives and servo amplifiers, the filter provides a low-impedance path for high-frequency differential-mode and common-mode noise while passing fundamental power to the load. In industrial automation cabinets, it supports compliance with CE and UL emission limits and prevents conducted interference from propagating onto facility mains.
The nominal mains connection is specified at 400 V, and the device remains functional within an input range of 0–528 V; this tolerance covers most 380–480 V networks used worldwide. At the rated voltage, the filter carries up to 158 A of current, so it can feed medium-power inverters without saturating the magnetic core. It operates on three phases at a fundamental frequency of 50/60 Hz ±2 Hz, allowing direct connection to standard utility grids. The open-frame enclosure is rated IP00, which means all live parts require installation inside a protected cabinet to provide protection against electrical shock and ingress. Suitable clearance around the terminals is also necessary to prevent accidental contact and maintain proper routing for the incoming and outgoing conductors.
During 60-second overload events, the filter withstands currents at 150% of the nominal value, supplying short acceleration bursts without requiring derating. Under continuous load, the internal impedance produces approximately 265 W of heat, which must be considered when sizing cabinet ventilation. Input surges up to 550 V for one minute per hour are permissible, providing tolerance for mains swells or regenerative drive operation. The unit has a mass of 39 kg, so the mounting panel must provide adequate structural support. Its 9 mm mounting holes accommodate suitable fasteners, while the M8 ring-lug ground stud provides a secure protective grounding point. The recommended tightening torque is 22 N·m, helping maintain dependable mechanical and electrical connections without damaging the terminals.
