The 10.E5.T60-0001 is an electromagnetic compatibility line filter manufactured by KEB for the Combiline EMC Filters series. It follows a single-phase plus protective-earth topology and is installed between the mains supply and sensitive drive electronics to suppress conducted interference and keep high-frequency noise generated by inverters from returning to the plant power network. By providing effective attenuation and a protective earth path, the unit helps reduce emissions in industrial automation equipment.
The filter is rated for a continuous load current of 22 A, allowing it to service small to mid-power converters connected to a single-phase 240 V supply. The permissible input frequency spans 50/60 Hz ±2, so either industrial mains standard can be used without detuning the choke elements. Each phase has a DC resistance of 0.015 Ω, which minimizes additional voltage drop and thermal rise under rated load. Common-mode attenuation is complemented by a leakage path of 12 mA to earth, and this value must be included in the residual-current-device calculation when several filters are connected in parallel. Surge withstand capability is verified by a 350 VDC phase-to-phase test applied for two seconds.
