The device is selected for installations where the drive side reaches 480 V AC and class B emission limits must be satisfied.
It carries a rated current of 8 A, allowing drives with comparable continuous input demand to operate without magnetic core saturation or excessive voltage drop. The maximum supply level of 3 × 480 V AC (+5%) provides headroom for common 400 V and 460 V industrial grids.
