Product Description:
The 10.E4.T60-1001 is an electromagnetic compatibility filter manufactured by KEB within the Combiline EMC Filters series. Positioned between a three-phase inverter and the facility mains, it attenuates line-conducted interference so that automation equipment meets radio-frequency guidelines needed for reliable plant operation. The device is selected for installations where the drive side reaches 480 V AC and class B emission limits must be satisfied.
It carries a rated current of 8 A, allowing drives with comparable continuous input demand to operate without magnetic core saturation or excessive voltage drop. The maximum supply level of 3 × 480 V AC (+5%) provides headroom for common 400 V and 460 V industrial grids. Meeting the emission threshold EN 55011/B means the filter limits conducted disturbances to the strictest industrial class, reducing the need for additional suppression components. Self-heating is limited to 7 W, so cabinet ventilation requirements remain low. The filter supports 3 input phases, which ensures symmetrical attenuation on each conductor and helps maintain consistent current balance under dynamic load changes.
Its compact form factor simplifies panel integration. The steel housing measures 264 mm long, 90 mm wide, and 50 mm high, and it weighs only 1.3 kg. The housing type D enclosure provides pre-punched flanges for direct back-plate mounting. Factory lead sets extend 110 mm, giving sufficient reach to upstream breakers without splices. Line connections accept 3 × 4 mm² conductors, while the inverter side is prewired with 3 × AWG 14 tails that match standard drive terminals. When combined with motor cables up to 30 m in length, the filter maintains the attenuation profile calculated for pulse-width-modulated outputs, preventing cable-borne emissions from exceeding the class B ceiling.
