Internal Product Review
The 09.E5.T60-1001 is a KEB Combiline EMC filter designed for 3 Ph + PE systems in the 400/480 V AC class. C1 EMC performance across 0.15-30 MHz gives the filter strong noise attenuation in sensitive panel applications. A 5.3 A rating with support for 30 m motor cable length makes this filter a strong choice for dependable inverter installations.

Product Description:
The 09.E5.T60-1001 is an electromagnetic compatibility line filter built by KEB for the Combiline EMC Filters series. It is intended for placement between the mains supply and an AC drive so that conductive emissions from switching devices stay below statutory limits in industrial automation cells. Filtering of differential-mode and common-mode noise helps protect neighboring control hardware and keeps motor cables from acting as unintended antennas. This also helps reduce high-frequency interference returning to the supply network from the drive.
It handles a three-phase plus protective-earth supply and tolerates up to 528 V AC, aligning with the series rating for 400/480 V AC grids. A continuous load current of 5.3 A can flow without saturating the magnetic core. The attenuation band spans 0.15–30 MHz, targeting the primary spectrum generated by pulse-width-modulated drives. Grid compatibility is maintained over 50/60 Hz operation with a ±10% margin, and earth-referenced leakage stays within 15 mA so residual-current devices can still be used. Internal dissipation is limited to 15 W, and EMC classification C1 allows installation in sensitive environments. Connections are made through 1.5 mm² screw terminals, and the input uses a three-phase plus protective-earth configuration.
The enclosure is 191 mm high, 75 mm wide, and 40 mm deep, yet it weighs only 1 kg, which helps with DIN-rail or back-plate mounting. Continuous service is permitted up to 45 °C ambient, and within this range the 15 W of power loss is dissipated by natural convection through the steel housing. A permissible motor-cable distance of 30 m allows the motor to be mounted away from the control cabinet without exceeding conducted-emission limits. The slim housing also leaves room for adjacent components in compact enclosures.
