The 22.E6.T60-5150 electromagnetic compatibility filter is built by KEB for the Combiline EMC Filters series. Installed between a three-phase power supply and an inverter, it suppresses conducted emissions so adjacent drives, sensors, and communication links can operate without disturbance. The device also limits fast transient energy that could otherwise reach the DC bus of motor controllers, helping automated machinery comply with industrial electromagnetic standards and maintain repeatable process feedback.
The filter is designed for a rated line voltage of 400 V and can carry 126 A continuously on each phase. During short-term power supply excursions, it can withstand a peak voltage of 550 V, while an overload capacity of 150 % for 60 seconds accommodates motor starts or regeneration events. Internal power losses are limited to 230 W, allowing cabinet cooling airflow to be sized accordingly. An IEC gG fuse rated at 160 A provides upstream protection, and the assembly is intended for overvoltage category III environments on three-phase networks. The open-frame construction has an ingress protection rating of IP00, allowing direct busbar connections but requiring installation inside an enclosure that provides the necessary system protection.
