Product Description:
The 24.E6.T60-3001 is an EMC line filter manufactured by KEB as part of the Combiline EMC Filters series. It is intended for three-phase drive installations where conducted emissions from inverters must be attenuated before they reach the facility supply. When mounted next to a converter, the filter limits differential-mode and common-mode noise, helping automated machinery comply with industrial EMC limits and protecting adjacent PLCs, sensors, and communication networks from electrical disturbances.
The filter accepts a three-phase input through a busbar connection system that streamlines cabinet wiring and carries a continuous 200 A load without derating. The internal windings and capacitors are optimized for a nominal 400/480 VAC line and can withstand surges up to 550 VAC under Overvoltage Category III conditions. At the rated current, power dissipation is limited to 100 W, and leakage current to protective earth remains below 3 mA, allowing common-trip residual-current devices to remain active. Conducted attenuation supports cable runs of C1/50 m and C2/100 m, so the filter can be positioned away from the drive when layout constraints require it. Protection is provided by the finger-safe IP20 enclosure, while the side-mounted housing helps preserve front-panel space.
The filter maintains its attenuation performance across supply systems operating at 50/60 Hz. Full functionality is maintained at ambient temperatures up to 45 °C when airflow around the side-mounted chassis remains unobstructed. Installation sites may be located as high as 2,000 m above sea level without derating, making the unit suitable for most factory elevations. With a mass of 8.5 kg, the assembly can be secured directly to the machine frame without auxiliary brackets. Proper mounting supports stable busbar terminal connections during the vibration commonly encountered in automated production cells.
