The MST Synchronous Torque Motors from Bosch Rexroth Indramat comprise the stator component of the IndraDyn T direct-drive system, designed to pair with a matching MRT rotor to form a complete permanent-magnet synchronous torque motor.
The stator uses a laminated core with multipolar windings and is built around an integrated liquid-cooling jacket to support high continuous torque density in compact rotary-axis installations. As a direct-drive solution, the series is intended for applications such as rotary tables where eliminating gearboxes improves positioning behavior while maintaining high torque with low torque ripple. MST stators are designed to operate with compatible Bosch Rexroth drive controllers (including IndraDrive, DIAX, and EcoDrive) so commutation, control, and monitoring are handled by the programmed controller rather than by the stator alone.
