Product Description:

For rotary tables used in drilling and milling or lathe machines used in industrial workshops, the MST450D-0012-FT-N0SN-NNNN is a great choice as it comes with a torque rating that ranges from 810 Nm all the way up to 1800 Nm while maintaining a constant speed of 250 rpm. This motor is perfect for heavy drilling and metal-cutting applications.

This motor is not designed to be used outdoors since it comes with a protection rating of IP00 which translates to no protection rating. This motor however does come with a shaft seal ring to ensure the shaft end of the motor remains protected, preventing dust or any other materials from entering the front shaft end and also creating a seal from the front side preventing lubrication oil from leaking the front side of the motor. To ensure this motor runs smoothly without operation hiccups, lubricate this motor after every 28000 cycles of use for prolonged life.

Since this motor is able to produce a rotational torque of around 1800 Nm, to help cool it down, the motor features an enhanced liquid cooling option that ensures the motor remains cool at all times, preventing it from overheating or at worse breaking down during critical operation. The coolant in the liquid cooling chamber should always be at a temperature between 10 to 40 degrees Celsius to be effective for cooling and the pressure should be below 3 bars for the pressure equilibrium in the liquid cooling chambers to be safe. This motor is always recommended to be used in well-ventilated areas to ensure it does not rely too much on liquid cooling and hence should always be operated in an environment with an ambient temperature between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius.
