Product Description:
MST530F-0012-FH-NNKR-NNNN is a Bosch Rexroth stator assembly for synchronous torque motors. These motors utilize liquid cooling and deliver high output torques of up to 13800 Nm. The stator assemblies on these motors consists of a three-phase winding and the rotor assemblies consist of permanent magnets. The stator and rotor assemblies together make up the IndraDyn T motors. Applications of these motors include direct drives and printing units. Benefits of Bosch synchronous torque motors include high output torque, full torque at standstill, high overload capacity, easy and fast assembly and liquid cooling for excellent heat dissipation. MST530F-0012-FH-NNKR-NNNN is a stator assembly with 530 frame size and frame length L. Its 3-phase winding is rated for 120 RPM. The liquid cooling jacket is in the stator housing. Standstill torque and current for the stator are 2880 Nm and 82 Amps.
The rated torque is 2520 Nm, the rated power is 31.7 kilowatts, and the rated current is 71.3 Amps. Speed rating of the MST530F-0012-FH-NNKR-NNNN assembly is 120 RPM. The stator can deliver maximum 5640 Nm torque and 175 RPM maximum speed. Power dissipated by the stator via liquid cooing is 8.1 kilowatts. Temperature of the coolant at the inlet should be between 10 and 40 degrees Celsius. The coolant can undergo a temperature increase of 10 K at Pv and the required coolant flow rate at Pv is 11.5 liters per minute. Volume of the coolant duct is approximately 1.8 liters. The coolant pressure at the inlet must not exceed 6 bar. An optional mounting ring can be connected to the stator at delivery. If available, this ring should be in place during storage and transport.
