The MST450D-0012-FT-N0RN-NNNN Synchronous Torque Motor comes equipped with Winding type 0012 and cools down through the use of Liquid Cooling. The motor's frame length is D, which is correspondent to the amount of torque (The higher the length, the more torque. The IndraDyn T motors are always fitted with a stator-cooling jacket for operation with liquid cooling.

Product Description:
The MST450D-0012-FT-N0RN-NNNN is a motor stator that operates with an MRT rotor to form an industrial motor that can produce high torque. Although this motor has design simplifies the handling, transport and mounting process, operators can request additional mounting rings to aid the installation process. A liquid cooling jacket is integrated with this stator to reduce the risk of overheating. The jacket contains a cooling that safely eliminates the heat in the stator winding during active operation. The coolant used in this stator can be accessed through the opening present in the cooling jacket behind the stator. This stator does not come with a terminal box for the connection of electrical cable, it is also without a protective housing unit and is classified under IP00. The sensors and encoder connection to be used with this stator are not part of its scope of delivery; these accessories have to be separately ordered according to the requirements of the application for which the stator is required.
The rated input current necessary for the operation of this motor stator is about 22 amperes. The operation velocity of the motor at these rated values is only about 120 revolutions per minute. Operators can supply this stator with an input current above the rated value without any risk of damage to the motor performance standards.
The liquid coolant used with the MST450D-0012-FT-N0RN-NNNN should has an inlet temperature of between 10 to 40 degrees before optimum heat dissipation can be guarantees. Also, an average of 3.50 kilowatts of power is expected to be dissipated by the liquid coolant during the operation of the product. It is possible to install and use a motor featuring this stator at heights that exceeds 1000 meters; however, a reduction in operation performance of about 2.5 per cent should be expected for every 1000 meters increase in installation altitude.
