Product Description:
Part of the IndraDyn T series of Synchronous motors, the MST160C-0050-FT-N0CN-D304 is a stator part of the torque motors that can generate a normal speed of 500 rotations per minute with a base torque rating of 70 Nm. At the maximum speed of 1000 rpm, which this motor offers, the MST160C-0050-FT-N0CN-D304 can generate a maximum torque of up to 180 Nm. To help with the cooling, the liquid cooling option ensures this motor can dissipate around 2.1 kW of heat. This motor features a low inertia design and has a rotor moment of inertia of 0.011 kgm², allowing it to accelerate and decelerate quickly.
This motor comes with a winding designation of 0050, which is used to cover all the 30 pole pairs inside this motor. The winding resistance is around 57 ohms, while the winding inductance is approximately 1.75 mH, ensuring voltage spikes are suppressed and providing a clean supply to the motor poles. The 30 pole pairs ensure smooth and precise rotation for high-performance applications.
This motor features a frame size C, allowing it to be installed in constricted and dense areas. Frame size C is compact and easy to install, and the motor's weight of 13.9 kg makes it portable and easy to handle without additional heavy machinery. The MST160C-0050-FT-N0CN-D304 can be controlled via various PLC systems or through a DCS-connected system for precise operational control. For network-based control, the motor can also be managed using a network module, enhancing its versatility and connectivity in modern industrial setups.
