The MST530E-0010-FT-N0SN-NNNN is the largest torque motor in the series, offering high levels of torque of up to 4700 Nm at maximum while generating a torque force of 2100 Nm at nominal. This motor also has varying current requirements of 28.6 Amperes to 71 Amperes of current along with an operating voltage range between 179 to 475 volts AC. This motor comes with 35 pole pairs needed for generating the electromagnetic force required to spin the rotor of the torque motor smoothly.
To ensure smooth operation and to prevent excessive vibration during high torque rotation, the MST530E-0010-FT-N0SN-NNNN supports a flange type mounting option. This mounting style locks onto the system radially, ensuring the weight of the motor remains centered without causing excessive stress on the shaft of the motor. This motor is equipped with self-lubricating bearings; however, in the case of standard non-lubricated bearings, the manufacturer recommends lubricating them after every 30,000 cycles with high-quality lubrication oil.
This motor is designed to operate at temperatures between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and features a liquid cooling option that helps cool the motor effectively. It is essential to use a liquid coolant that maintains a temperature between 0 to 40 degrees Celsius to ensure efficient cooling. The inlet pressure for the liquid cooling system should be maintained at approximately 3 bars to prevent leaks during high-temperature operations.
The MST530E-0010-FT-N0SN-NNNN also features a noise level rating of 70 dB thanks to its blower-less design, which contributes to the motor's quiet operation.
