Product Description:
The MST530D-0012-FH-NNKR-NNNN is a 22 kW torque motor from Rexroth part of their IndraDyn T series of motors. This motor operates on 575 volts AC with a 3 phase supply at the input and requires 50 to 60 Hz input frequency as the input operating frequency. The motor is compatible with vector and PWM control and can be operated via various controllers from Rexroth or other compatible vendors such as Rockwell Automation and Schneider Electric as well.
This torque motor comes with frame of size D and has weight upwards of 100 kg due to it featuring 35 poles wrapped with 0.52 ohms of winding coil that feature an inductance rating of 7.5 mH which helps with smooth flow of current in the system allowing the motor to operate easily and jitter free. Operators can also pair the motor with EMC capacitors for smooth flow of current to the system of the torque motor.
This torque motor comes with a nominal torque of 2100 Nm at minimum or at standard which can further be increased to 4700 Nm as this motor is designed for rotating heavy industrial objects with ease at lower speeds. This motor has a low inertia design with a rotor inertia of 1.92 kgm². This motor should be installed in a closed area of operation as the MST series of motors do not come with an Ingress Protection rating to protect the motor against dust particles or even moisture. Since this motor does not feature a cooling fan but rather liquid cooling, the MST530D-0012-FH-NNKR-NNNN has a noise rating of 75 dB which ensures a low noise and quiet operation.
