Supplied as separate stator and rotor rings, it integrates directly into machine housings so mechanical play is eliminated and stiffness is maximized. This construction is suited to rotary tables, extrusion drives, and print cylinders, where accurate low-speed motion and high holding capability are required in repeatable industrial automation processes. Because the active parts mount directly into the machine structure, the design also reduces backlash and supports rigid axis behavior under reversing loads.
