The MST530P-0012-FH-N0KR-NNNN motor is a high-performance water-cooled motor used for demanding industrial uses that demand accuracy in torque and efficiency. Its standstill torque is 3,300Nm, while its rated torque is 2,940Nm. It is an outstanding power motor ideal for heavy machinery and automation applications. It runs at a rated speed of 110min?¹ and has a maximum torque of 6,580Nm, supporting stable performance with fluctuating load conditions. This model is engineered with a closed aluminum cooling jacket, housing and flange included, to make the design highly durable and resistant to heat while providing efficient cooling through continuous heat dissipation.

The MST530P-0012-FH-N0KR-NNNN motor has a sophisticated liquid cooling system to achieve an excellent operating temperature with the circulation of coolant through channels. With a power dissipation of 8.70kW, it needs a minimum coolant flow of 12.5l/min, providing stable performance even under harsh conditions. The coolant inlet temperature is between 10°C and 40°C, with a maximum allowable temperature rise of 10K, maximizing efficiency without overheating. Moreover, the pressure drop at minimum coolant flow is 0.4bar, providing smooth and controlled cooling. This system prolongs the lifespan of the motor and increases its reliability in high-power applications.

For convenient integration, the MST530P-0012-FH-N0KR-NNNN comes with a terminal box with a right-side cable output, facilitating easy electrical connections.
