For Industrial applications that require a heavy-duty torque motor with a flat housing enclosure, the MST160C-0050-FT-N0CN-D303 is the perfect choice as its compact design can easily fit under various rotating objects and provide a good amount of torque as well as speed to the attached component. This motor comes with a speed rating of 500 rpm along with a torque of 70 Nm which ensures that this motor is able to provide enough output force to help rotate an object easily. To power this servo motor make sure to use a power supply that can provide up to 3.7 kW of power and a current draw of 40 amperes maximum which is also the maximum current rating of this servo.

The torque constant ratio of this torque motor is around 5.5 Nm per ampere of current which provides an overall efficient power conversion of the motor to produce a rotational torque. The voltage constant of this torque motor is 0.42 volts per 1000 rpm of speed at 20 degrees Celsius enough to generate voltage for feedback to allow this motor to regulate its speed through various control mechanisms including the closed-loop control system.

Make sure to use this motor when the ambient temperature is between 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius to allow the servo to function efficiently. This servo motor includes a liquid cooling system that helps cool the servo motor when it's running very hot during heavy-duty mode. The pressure in the inlet should always be at 3 bars along with the maximum temperature of the coolant at the inlet should be 40 degrees Celsius maximum to ensure the liquid cooling remains effective.
