The synchronous torque motor MST450E-0006-FT-N2RN-NNNN by Bosch Rexroth provides a torque output of 1,400Nm, scalable to 3,250Nm under peak conditions, making it ideal for heavy-duty industrial automation. Designed with frame size “F”, the bulkiest in the MST450 series, it achieves a base speed of 60 RPM, doubling at maximum velocity.
Key specifications include 8.80kW rated power and 32A nominal current, with transient performance reaching 88A during overloads. Its 43.80Nm/A torque constant and 3.86V/min⁻¹ voltage constant (at cold temperatures) ensure precise motion control, while a 6-minute thermal time constant enhances operational stability. Electrical characteristics feature 3.2Ω winding resistance, 30mH inductance, and 24.1nF discharge capacity, supported by around 30 pole pairs for smooth torque delivery.
