Made with various heavy-duty materials to bear heavy loads on its shaft, the MST360D-0012-FC-N0RN-NNNN torque motor comes with a frame size D along with a shaft length of 11 mm. This AC torque motor has a power rating of 6.6 kW, allowing it to perform with increased speed limits up to 250 rpm from the base speed of 120 rpm. The main highlight of this torque motor is its high rotational torque output. The base torque output is 525 Nm, while the maximum torque output is 1150 Nm.
To power the servo motor using a supply module, ensure using a compatible module that is able to produce up to 575 volts AC of power along with a nominal current rating of 16.5 Amperes at normal duty, all the way up to 60 Amperes under heavy-duty mode. The poles on this motor come with 30 pole pairs, ensuring a smooth operation of the servo motor without any major hiccups by ensuring the rotor rotates as smoothly as possible to help prevent any kind of jittering.
To keep the supply of this motor free from high-frequency noise signals, the MST360D-0012-FC-N0RN-NNNN can also be connected in parallel with an EMC filter capacitor. This capacitor can help filter out high-frequency noise signals, as it acts as a low-pass filter, blocking noise in the process and ensuring a smooth supply of current to the motor. This AC motor is meant to be installed indoors or in a shielding cabinet, as it comes with an IP00 protection rating that does not offer protection against dust and moisture. The temperature range of this motor is between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius.
