The MST530E-0010-FT-N0CD-NNLA Synchronous Torque Motor comes equipped with Winding type 0010 and cools down through the use of Liquid Cooling. The motor's frame length is E, which is correspondent to the amount of torque (The higher the length, the more torque. The IndraDyn T motors are always fitted with a stator-cooling jacket for operation with liquid cooling.

Product Description:
The MST530E-0010-FT-N0CD-NNLA is a 530E servo motor part of the IndraDyn T synchronous torque motors from Rexroth Indramat. This motor comes with a larger frame size of E and a centering diameter of 530 mm. The nominal average torque rating provided by this motor under normal duty mode is 2100 Nm. At the normal duty mode, the power rating of this torque motor is around 22 kW. To operate this motor it requires around 279 volts nominal to operate with an operating input frequency between 50 to 60 Hz.
The winding on this motor has a code of 0010 which means that the coil has a low resistance of 0.52 ohms, allowing high levels of current to flow through. The winding inductivity is around 7.5 mH ensuring suppression of any voltage spikes that may affect the input supply to the motor. With a low power demand of just 22 kW, this motor requires around 64 amperes of current to function normally and has a torque constant ratio of 32.8 Nm which ensures that this motor is capable of providing the said torque for every ampere of current that it consumes. At the maximum speed of 200 rpm, this motor can generate a torque of 4700 Nm.
This motor can generate a lot of heat if used for high-demanding applications and it uses a liquid-type cooling option where the motor has a power loss rating due to liquid cooling around 6.5 kW. To ensure the liquid cooling is as effective as possible, the coolant temperature should be between 10 to 40 degrees Celsius at the inlet. This motor does not come with an encoder installed but does allow the users the option to install an external encoder of their choice and should be compatible with this motor design for best results and better output.
