Product Description:
The synchronous torque motor MST210E-0027-FT-N0SN-NNNN belonging to the Bosch Rexroth IndraDyn T series represents the next generation’s drive technology. It is designed for demanding rotary applications that require a strong combination of torque, speed, and thermal resilience. This motor integrates seamlessly into various motion control systems and offers exceptional adaptability for automation, packaging, and machine tooling environments. It remains safe even when working continuously because of the robust frame length E and windings code 0027.
This motor’s peak torque of 500 Nm and rated torque of 240 Nm makes it the right choice for moderate to heavy-duty rotary drive systems. This model comes with a rated speed of 270 RPM (revolutions per minute) and maximum speed of as much as 600 RPM, offering sufficient dynamic for variable-speed processes and without sacrificing stability or precision. It also got a liquid cooling system for efficient heat dissipation during regular as well as intense operating cycles. This motor manages 4.0 kW of rated power loss and its coolant inlet temperature range is +10 to +40 degrees Celsius. The thermal time constant of just 2.4 minutes enhances responsiveness and helps maintain steady operation during frequent starts and stops.
Its low constant voltage of 0.7 V/rpm and winding resistance of 2.16 Ohm translate to longer service life and reduced maintenance. Its 18.8 kg of stator mass reflects its rugged build without being overly bulky. The electrical connection is routed through the stator end with a smaller exterior diameter, simplifying cable management and allowing for more compact system integration. Its insulation class F and the protection rating IP 00 indicates that it can be used in protected environments or within machine enclosures. It is intentionally designed without a motor encoder to allow system designers and engineers the flexibility to integrate custom feedback devices.
