The MST530R-0011-FH-N0KR-NNN is an MST series motor by Rexroth under the belt of MST, MRT synchronous motor. These motors are specially designed for high torques. As these machines have high torque and high poles, the rated speed of this motor is quite low. The rated speed of the motor is 110 rpm, and environmental factors like ambient temperature affect the performance of the motor. High ambient temperatures, dust, or lack of cooling can hinder the motor's ability to dissipate heat which often leads to burnouts. Therefore, the manufacturer recommends operating the motor at 0 to 45 C, and the e-file number is E341734. The motor parameters are specified by Rexroth and may not be changed by the user.
The particular model lacks in offering encoder as well as a special design. The cooling method used in this model is through liquid coolant, and the coolant inlet temperature range is 10 C to 45 C. The coolant allowed temperature rise is 10 K at power loss. The maximum allowed inlet pressure of the coolant is 3 bar. In the motor, there are continuous S1 and periodic S6 modes of operation.
