The MST530G-0010-FT-N0CN-D303 is a powerful motor stator that is specifically designed to produce high torque output suited for applications with high operation torque demands. This stator is built according to international quality and safety standards; it has been checked and certified by an independent laboratory before delivery. The product is also delivered with a 12-month warranty provided by Wake Industrial. Motors generating this stator can produce a high amount of heat during operation; however, this heat is gracefully controlled by the liquid cooling system present in the stator without any risk to the motor or the operator handling it. The MST530G-0010-FT-N0CN-D303 motor stator can not operate alone; it requires the connection of an MRT motor, which contains the permanent magnet that is used to create the magnetic field for the rotation of the motor shaft.
The MST530G-0010-FT-N0CN-D303 stator is one of the largest of the MST series. It has a total weight of about 144 kilograms. There are above 35 pole pairs present in this motor stator; these pole pairs significantly affect the speed at which the motor can operate; however, they make up for this reduced motor speed by significantly increasing the torque output of the motor. At a rated current supply of 116 amperes, this stator can generate a motor torque of approximately 4200-newton meters. However, if the input current is increased to about 350 amperes, the motor torque will climb to 9200 newton meters.
The rated velocity of motors equipped with this stator is measured to be about 100 revolutions per minute, while the maximum velocity is about 130 revolutions per minute.
