For rotating heavy objects and providing the rotational force to complete the process, the MST530C-0014-FH-NNKR-NNNN is the perfect torque motor that you require. This torque motor is designed for heavy industrial loads as it can generate a standard rated torque of 2100 Nm at the speed of 100 rpm as the MST series is designed only for torque transmission and not for high-speed rotations. The maximum speed this motor can attain is 200 rpm with a maximum rotational torque of 4700 Nm.
This AC torque motor has input operating values of 575 volts AC as input operating voltage with a 3-phase input configuration along with a 50 to 60 Hz frequency. The current required at the input for operating this torque motor is 212 amperes and consumes a power of 22 kW. The voltage torque constant generated by this torque motor is 2.09 volts at 20 degrees Celsius, this value helps with controlling the output speed of the motor which in turn helps with the torque generated at the output of the torque motor. The torque constant for this servo motor is 32.8 Nm of torque for every ampere of current that it draws making this motor very efficient electrically.
To help with cooling, the MST530C-0014-FH-NNKR-NNNN comes with a liquid cooling feature that uses water as the default coolant to help the motor cool down quickly.
