Product Description:
The MST531L-0009-FT-N0SN-D303 motor from the IndraDyn T series of Bosch Rexroth represents the pinnacle of torque motor engineering. It is a combination of immense torque capabilities with advanced thermal management and precision design. With unmatched power and durability, this motor is built for heavy-duty tasks that require exceptional torque and reliability. For example, robots, plastic machines, woodworking machines, lathes, and other special machines. It is equipped with advanced KTY84-130 and SNM-150 DK sensors to offer accurate thermal and operational monitoring.
At the heart of this motor is its impressive torque performance. The standstill torque of 6750 Nm and maximum torque of 12000 Nm allow it to handle most demanding applications with ease. This motor can produce a rated torque of 5000 Nm and delivers a rated power output of 47.10 kW at a rated speed of 90 RPM (revolutions per minute). These ratings ensure efficient performance in high-torque operations. It features 25 pole pairs and a torque constant of 51.00 Nm/A for smooth and precise torque delivery. Its thermal time constant of 6 minutes and low winding resistance of 0.53 Ohm enhance energy efficiency and minimize operational losses.
The axial electrical connection on the stator with a smaller outer diameter simplifies installation. For added flexibility, its design supports stranded wires without a cooling gland. It uses an open aluminum cooling jacket along with a water-cooling system for optimal thermal management. It efficiently dissipates up to 11.50 kW of power loss to keep the motor cool during prolonged high-power operations. This motor’s operational capability in coolant-inlet pressure of up to 6.0 bar ensures reliability in rigorous applications. Its liquid cooling system supports coolant with inlet temperatures of +10 to +40 degrees Celsius.
