The MST160E-0050-FT-N0CN-NNNN is an optimized and reliable motor stator from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This stator is designed to meet the high torque demands of production and processing machines without consuming too much energy or generating extreme heat. The stator is equipped with three-phase winding, while the rotor used features permanent magnets that are responsible for the excitation of the motor. Apart from the winding installation into this motor stator, it also contains a water-cooling jacket that keeps the operating temperature in the motor at a minimum. The liquid cooling system used in this motor is significantly more efficient; it is also responsible for the relatively low noise pressure of the motor compared to conventional air-cooled motor designs.
Despite the high toque generated by motors featuring the MST160E-0050-FT-N0CN-NNNN stator, it produces a very low residual ripple. Any controller to be used with this stator must be programmed appropriately to ensure that the motor is operated as expected.
