Product Description:
The MST210T-0055-FT-N0CN-ST01 is a synchronous torque motor stator manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the MST Synchronous Torque Motors series. Designed for direct-drive tasks in industrial automation, this stator supplies high torque at low speed so machine builders can eliminate mechanical gear stages and reduce backlash in rotary tables, extruders, and similar motion axes. Water jackets attach to either mounting side, and the stator is prepared for supply lines by threads in both endplates. It is intended for applications where direct coupling improves repeatability and removes wear associated with gear trains.
The cooling system uses water that circulates through an open aluminum jacket, and constant flow at 6 bar keeps winding temperature within the allowable range during continuous load. An axial, large-diameter electrical connection on the stator side simplifies routing of power conductors sized at AWG 8, while auxiliary leads require a cross-section of 10.0 mm². Logic and control signals are carried on a separate path with a conductor area of 0.5 mm², which helps reduce interference from high-current phases. Stranded wire cable output is provided so the leads can be terminated to field connectors without hard conductors. The open jacket also allows coolant lines to be integrated into the surrounding machine structure without covering the stator face.
Position and thermal monitoring are handled by SNM-150 DK + KTY84-130 sensors connected through leads of AWG 24. Mechanical integration uses 12 × M5 stator mounting threads cut to a depth of 11 mm, allowing the unit to fasten to frames on both sides and distribute torque and reaction forces evenly. The stranded cable output keeps bending stress low during installation, and the dual-side mounting arrangement lets the axial connector face the cabinet or clear moving components. This thread pattern helps seat the stator securely in the machine housing while leaving space around the bore for the mating rotor assembly.
