A high-performance liquid-cooled motor, MST161E-0050-FT-N0CN-D303 has been specially designed to meet industrial demands for high efficiency and precise thermal management. This motor effectively combines compactness and robust power delivery as indicated by its size 161 frame and E-length configuration. The motor delivers consistent torque with its 0051 winding (MST130C) across a range of speeds and can be relied on for optimal efficiency and durability in critical tasks.
The motor has an advanced liquid cooling system(F) integrated with an aluminum cooling jacket(T) that ensures excellent heat dissipation even under a heavy workload. These features enhance the motor's thermal stability, thereby extending its lifespan, and making it ideal for high-temperature and high-performance environments. Lacking an encoder (NO), the model boasts a simplified design while maintaining its operational effectiveness in applications where low-precision positioning is tolerable.
This motor eliminates the need for external cable glands as the motor's electrical connection is conducted through the stator end (CN). In place of that, cable strands are directly routed through the stator end (D303)>> to conduct an electrical connection. This does not just result in a streamlined and compact design but reduces potential points of failure. The fact that the motor has been encapsulated in aluminum (T) allows heat to be dissipated effectively while ensuring durability against environmental stresses.
