The SANMOTION R Servo Motors from Sanyo Denki comprise a range of rotary AC servo motors designed for general industrial motion systems with standard flange mounting.
The series covers both 200 VAC and 100 VAC motor classes, with flange sizes spanning roughly 40/42 mm up to 220 mm and rated output offerings extending to 2 kW. To match different axis requirements, the lineup includes multiple maximum speed variants ranging from 1,000 min⁻¹ up to 6,000 min⁻¹, and it can be supplied with no brake or with integrated holding brakes in 24 VDC or 90 VDC versions. For position and velocity feedback, the motors support wiring-saving incremental encoders, incremental/absolute encoders, and wiring-saving absolute encoder options including optical (PA035) and resolver-based (RA062) configurations.
