R SANMOTION servo motor series includes different permanent magnet servo motors like R1, R2, R5, Q1, Q2, and Q4.
These motors are always on and have F type insulation. They can handle AC1500V for one minute and have over 10MΩ insulation resistance at DC500V, ensuring they work without issues in hard conditions. The protection provided depends on the motor size in this series. Motors that have flange angles at 86° or less will have IP67 protection, but bigger models that have flange angles at 130° or more will have IP65 protection, except the axial penetration and cable tip spots, if that makes sense. The oil sealing is also different based on size; smaller motors (≤86° flange angle) don't have oil seals by default but can add them, while larger motors (≥130° flange angle) have oil seals already. These motors work well in different conditions, like how they can work in temperatures from 0 to 40°C and can be stored from -20 to 65°C without any problems. The humidity can be between 20 to 90%, and the motors still work well and meet V15 vibration standards. If the motors are set up horizontally, they can handle vibration acceleration up to 24.5m/s² in every direction.
