The R2AA13120LCPKX is a rotary drive element produced by Sanyo Denki for the R SANMOTION Servo Motors series. Its responsive, repeatable rotation supports coordinated movement in packaging, assembly, and inspection equipment.
During continuous operation, the motor delivers a shaft output of 1.2 kW while running at a rated speed of 2000 rpm. This output is achieved with a continuous shaft torque of 5.7 N·m and an RMS phase current of 7.6 A drawn from a nominal three-phase bus voltage of 200 V. Its medium-inertia rotor balances acceleration capability with load matching, while the torque constant of 0.77 N·m/A links commanded current to the torque produced by the motor. The phase voltage constant is 27.0 mV per rpm, which the amplifier can use to predict back electromotive force during high-speed operation. These electrical characteristics help the drive regulate current as operating speed and mechanical load change.
Short-term demands are supported by a peak stall torque of 20.0 N·m, allowing the shaft to overcome static friction or process shocks without losing synchronization. Winding condition is monitored through a line-to-line resistance of 0.35 Ω, which also helps the drive estimate copper losses during continuous operation.
