The model uses a battery-backed absolute encoder for feedback and includes a 24 VDC holding brake that locks the shaft whenever power is removed, allowing secure retention of vertical or suspended loads.
Mechanical integration is simplified by the 40 mm flange, and power is supplied from a 100 V single-phase line, so the motor pairs with compact drives in low-voltage cabinets. Under continuous duty, it delivers 80 W at a rated shaft speed of 3000 rpm, producing a steady 0.255 N·m of torque while drawing 1.3 Arms. The 2.9 Ω phase resistance limits startup current and supports thermal balance, while the 7.7 mV/rpm voltage constant indicates the back electromotive force that the drive must overcome during acceleration. A straight output shaft transmits torque without the backlash associated with a geared output.
