In automated packaging lines, pick-and-place modules, or light machining centers, the motor converts electrical energy into rotational motion that can be regulated over a wide speed range for repeatable axis control.
The electromagnetic section is wound for a 200 V line supply and delivers a continuous mechanical output of 2.0 kW. Under velocity commands, the rotor can reach 6000 rpm, giving machinery ample headroom for rapid indexing or high-speed spindle operation. This absolute tracking eliminates the need for homing routines, shortens restart times, and preserves machine alignment across planned or unplanned shutdowns.
