The VT-5000 IO Cards series is a Bosch Rexroth family of analog Euro-card control electronics designed for installation in 19-inch rack systems and card holders for hydraulic control applications.
Across the range, the cards handle functions such as spool-position control for proportional directional valves as well as pressure and swivel-angle control for axial piston pump systems, depending on the model. The series uses 24 VDC operation, 32-pin DIN 41612 connections, differential command inputs, closed-loop control structures, and clocked output stages to drive connected hydraulic components with fast response and regulated signal processing. Depending on the version, the cards also provide features such as ramp generation, step functions, multiple preset command values, optional power limitation, leakage compensation, and selectable signal conditioning for analog feedback inputs. Front-panel LEDs, measuring sockets, and adjustable potentiometers are built into the series to support commissioning, status monitoring, fault indication, and field adjustment in industrial hydraulic systems.
