Product Description:

The VT 5012 S44 Bosch Rexroth electrical amplifier controls proportional throttle valves that have electrical position feedback. This amplifier is well-matched with type FE 25 C valves. The product uses an oscillator and demodulator to deliver its inductive positional feedback. This device encompasses a voltage stabilizer and a smoothing circuit. The unit portrays compatibility with selected cardholders and power packs by the same manufacturer. Its LEDs support cable break detection. This amplifier design includes ramp and step function generators.

The product features a 22 V lower limit for its operating voltage. This device comprises a power consumption of less than 1.5 A. The unit also portrays a solenoid resistance of 12 Ohms in the output stage. Its connection takes place with a 32-pin linear plug. This amplifier needs a screening of the input lines with one end open. The product weighs 0.15 kg and depicts a small 100 x 160 mm size. This device has a pair of command-level inputs with +9 V and +6 V maximum voltage ratings. The unit uses its oscillator for the conversion of the DC voltage signal into the associated AC voltage for the related inductive positional transducer. Its cable break detector switches off both the solenoids when cable breaks in the leads to the positional transducer have been encountered.

This electric amplifier's power lines and solenoid lines are not permitted to be laid close to each other. The product unplugging can be done only when the power supply has been switched off. This device installation orientation is vertical while the transportation plus storage is done horizontally. The unit and radio transmitters must be separated by a distance of 1 m. It supports a step function at the output.
