The VT 4370-20 of Bosch Rexroth Indramat IO card is a component of the VT-5000 series.
Depending on the needs of their use, customers may adjust ramp times with the IO card from 30 ms to 1 or 5 seconds, plus or minus 20%. It delivers 1.8 amperes of solenoid current with a maximum power handling capacity of 1.8 amperes ±20%. The card's outstanding performance under high electrical demands is demonstrated by its 5.4 Ohm resistance. It also provides an oscillator frequency that remains within 2.5 kHz ±10% and yields incredibly accurate timing results up to 1.5 kHz clock rate. The device handles 30 mA power output at the terminals and generates 5-volt signals for each output pin into inductive transducer systems. For user-supplied ±25 mA loads, this equipment offers a ±9 V voltage output that maintains an accuracy of 1% throughout a wide range of electrical settings. Having a resistance of 100 Ω, the card provides sockets that measure command and actual position values between 0 and ±7.6 V and 0 to ±6.6 V. Such characteristics enable systems to accurately determine activities and get precise measurements.
