Electrical integration is centered on a 24 VDC supply that feeds the analog and power stages through a raised-zero design. Connection to the rack backplane occurs through a 32-pin header built to the DIN 41612 Form D pattern, allowing convenient installation without soldering. Signal processing follows a PID algorithm, so proportional, integral, and derivative gains can be adjusted with onboard potentiometers to match valve dynamics.
