Product Description:
The VT5012-S-31 is a Proportional amplifier card is designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. VT5012-S-31 controls directional and pressure valves with ramp adjustment and signal processing for precise valve activation. The amplifier card supports Eurocard plug-in format for 19” subrack mounting and includes necessary signal feedback features.
The VT5012-S-31 amplifier card can handle a ±6 V differential signal range and output a 0 to –6 V signal. Front-panel red knobs control ramp time. These knobs individually control ramp-up and ramp-down speeds. Feedback tracking uses a proportional voltage output to measure current. The front panel switch selects OFF, Ramp, and ON modes. An LED indicates a broken wire, and other lights display power ramp activity and mode selection. The amplifier emits up to ±60 mA per channel and can handle loads up to 50 Ω. The input impedance of 100 kΩ safeguards data and separates it from the control source. Industrial automation systems that use hydraulics rapidly and smoothly benefit from the product. A power source of ±15 V DC is required for VT5012-S-31 operation. About 60 mA per supply line. Plug-in cards work with control racks due to their 32-pin DIN 41612 male connector.
Changes are smooth using the ramp function, preventing valves from moving quickly and stressing the machine. The front panel adjustability lets developers tune in real time. Monitoring data shows real-time system performance. Mechanical variant permits tiny rack placement. The amplifier works dependably in many circumstances since it handles signals consistently and delivers a constant current. Other features of the VT5012-S-31 proportional amplifier card include a ±6 V feedback output signal range and built-in LED mode indicators. For proportional valve control, the amplifier card is accurate and compact.
