The VT 5016-S37 is an I/O card that offers accurate analog signal processing. It delivers voltage of 24 V DC and accepts voltage between +40% and -10% or 21.6 to 33.6 V DC. That is a tolerance for stable operation in conditions of different power. The current consumption in this model is generally 0.6 A, with the maximum consumption for high-load being 1.25 A. It has a range of analog input capabilities. Pressure command value input accepts 0 to 10 V signals with more than 50 kΩ input resistance.

Default swivel angle command input accepts ±10 V, once more with more than 50 kΩ input resistance. There is also an independent regenerative swivel angle input that accepts 0 to 10 V signals. This provides flexible control strategies depending on system requirements. The output voltage for the actual swivel angle range between -10 V to +10 V with a full-scale signal range between -100% and +100%. This provides real-time accurate feedback to the operators. It has an auxiliary voltage of ±15 V maintained between ±2% to ±6%, and it also has a peak current of 10 mA. The auxiliary output powers other low-consumption devices as needed. Front panel dimensions are consistent with a 3 HE (128.4 mm) height and 7 TE width, to be in accordance with modular enclosures of standard size.

The card is of Euro-card type, measuring 100 x 160 mm, to be mounted in DIN 41494 compliant systems. The VT 5016-S37 provides a robust analog interface facility, for mounting in larger control units. Being compatible with high-voltage tolerance, universal signal input ranges, and accurate output tracking, it fits into demanding uses where signal integrity and control accuracy are paramount.
