Product Description:

The VT-5032 S10 is a series of Indramat VT-5000 IO Cards signal processing card. It is used in systems where voltage and current control are required to provide tight control. The highest voltage is 35 V, with the lowest being 21 V, and the card can be operated stably within a broad input range. This gives the card the capacity to operate regardless of fluctuating power levels. The highest solenoid current supported is 2.5 A, as calculated from a resistance of 2 ohms under a temperature of 20°C.

The oscillation frequency of the card is 5.4 kHz with precise signal modulation to enable responsive behavior of outputs. Two discrete voltage amplitudes are provided by the card for feedback signals. For the angle value detection of port 12a and port 14a, the amplitude is 1 V. For the output of valve value for port 8a, the signal amplitude can reach 3.6 V, supporting differentiated and stable signal transmission. In addition, the voltage output of actual pressure value is 0 to 10 V, which can support linear monitoring and integration into analog control systems. The output range of the real angle value is -10 Volts to +10 Volts, equivalent to -100 to +100 percent, and provides a clean, symmetrical output range representing actuator position or angle. The VT-5032 S10 provides a stable and reliable output for proportional control systems.

With a focus on performance and stability, it is ideal for challenging environments. Its precision voltage-level maintaining capability as well as signal processing at a high frequency guarantee its reliability as an option. Its reliable analog signal handling ensure that it is a great option for systems demanding real-time control and feedback needs. The VT-5032 S10 offers satisfactory performance requirements of industrial signal processing cards.
