The Bosch Rexroth Indramat model VT 5024 S10 for industrial automation systems is part of the VT-5000 IO card family.
By varying the ramp time from 30 ms to 1 or 5 seconds (+/-20%), the card lets you choose the output response speed. The card allows various solenoids to operate within predetermined parameter ranges. With resistance values of 5.4 and 10 ohms, respectively, it covers AC powers between 1.8 A and 2.2 A with an accuracy of ±20%. Up to 1.5 kHz self-clocking frequency and 2.5 kHz (+-10%) oscillator frequency, the amplifier consistently processes signals. For dependable signal transmission, the card can maintain a steady 5-volt output while providing up to 30 mA of power to each output stage. This version offers power supply systems that can sustain large load currents of up to 25 milliamperes through external connections and give accurate ±9 volt ranges with 1% precision. The gadget is connected via a 32-pin male multi-point connector that conforms to DIN 41 612 standard D format for secure linkups.
The card's dimensions of 100 x 160 mm (DIN 41 494) comply with Euro-card standards.
