The Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT 5003 S40 IO card is a dependable tool in the VT-5000 line of industrial equipment with a tolerance of -10% and +40%.
The card can receive power from 21.6 V to 33.6 V utilizing 24 V DC. This device maintains its functionality in a range of electric situations while accepting power levels from 21 V to 35 V. To accommodate varying load demands, the 0.6 A-rated card is designed to sustain power consumption up to 1.25 A. The model features many input connections, and the pressure command can handle input resistances greater than 50 kΩ while taking voltage values between 0 and 10 V and generating percentage values between 0 and 100%. The real pressure input device (pist) measures different currents by operating in the 0–10 V range with equal % changes against a resistance of around 2 kΩ or an RB value of 100 Ω. With a 50 kΩ input resistance and 10 volts of command power, this model's swivel angle input offers 100% output control. The voltage levels and impedances used by the real swivel angle input correspond to how the system functions with the swivel angle input. When a fault arises in diagnostic mode, the gadget flashes the Err light and displays low-active 0V.
