Product Description:

The VT-5000 IO cards are designed by the well-known leading manufacturer of the industrial automation solution Bosch Rexroth. The VT 5006 S16 VT 5000 IO card has a 32-pin male multi-point connector for integration with other components. It has a Euro format with the dimension of 100 x 160 mm, which is fit with the standard mounting system.

The VT 5006 S16 VT 5000 IO card is operated with a voltage of 24 VDC with a permissible tolerance of +40% and -5% which enables stable operation in various environments. The regulated voltage is +/- 9V with +/-1% tolerance and it can be externally loaded up to 25 mA. The IO card is protected from electrical overloads through the 2.5 A fuse. The solenoid current is 2.2 A+/- 20% with a resistance of 10 ohms at a temperature of 20 °C. The VT 5000 IO card can be operated with a clock frequency of 1.5 kHz and having an oscillator frequency of 2.5 kHz ± 10%. This IO card features a ramp time of 30 ms to approximately 1 or 5 seconds with a tolerance of +/- 20%. The relay has a response voltage of 16.89V and a release voltage of 2.4V. The maximum load capacity of the card is 30 mA and command values ranging from 0 to 10 V for value 5 and +/-9V for command values 1 to 4.

The VT 5006 S16 VT 5000 IO card has the current consumption of less than 2A and power consumption of less than 50VA. This model of IO card has a compact mass of 0.15kg that allows easy installation and integration with limited space. The card can operate within the 0°C to 50°C temperature range and the storage temperature is -25°C to +85°C.
